Step 1: Identify What to Report

• Broken sidewalks, blocked drains, or poor lighting
• Garbage accumulation or stray animals
• Unsafe crossings or damaged footpaths

Step 2: Find Your Union Council (UC)

Each neighborhood belongs to a UC. Find it by:

• Checking your voter slip
• Asking at a mosque or DMC sub-office
• Searching “UC-[area name] Karachi” on Google Maps

Step 3: Report to the UC Office

Visit the UC office and ask to record your complaint in their register. Include your name, contact, and issue details.

Step 4: If They Don’t Respond

• Visit your DMC office
• Email complaint@kmc.gos.pk
• Tag @KMC_Official online
